N. fowleri is transmitted through contaminated water sources such as insufficiently chlorinated swimming pool water or polluted plain tap water, and swimmers have reached threat. N. fowleri is available all over the world, & most infections were reported both in evolved and building countries with a high mortality rates and really serious clinical findings.
